I lived here way to long. The previous person that said you'll be sorry you are right. There are better places for the money in indianapolis. The management staff is rude and I have never been late. Repairs...dream on. They will come whenever they want and only repair it if they think it is necessary.. say something like hot water or air conditioning. The neighborhood has gone down hill. They let anyone in. Parking is crazy because they let som tenants have family move in like an entire family with 5 cars. You cannot work on your car if you have problems. Summer will brin ant you can bet on it. Oh and they make you take your trash to a dumpers that usually doesnt work. They use to come pick it up but now they save money and pass none on to the tenants. Do yourself a favor move on. Last lets not mention the late night drug deals that go on up at the phone at the office... Save for you or your family no way.
