Pros: Spacious with unique floorplan and lots of light(especially end & top units); Clean and well maintained; Good location for commuting to Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell with many alternate routes; Fair to Good Management depending on who current owner is. DSL service is available and units have choice of ATT Broadband for cable & cable modem as well as satellite TV service from alternate provider.

Cons: Poor insulation & drafty windows due to age of units. Unit to unit noise is not bad at all except for pipes; Somewhat noisy due to constant maintainance to impress renters (clean parking lot is nice to look at moving in, but annoying when the are blowing 3 leaves across the parking lot twice a week and on Sat mornings.); Constant increase in rent after you move in regardless of market of vacancy rate.

My recommendation is that it is a fairly good place to live but when you move in or renew, make sure to negotiate with them as there are faults. They have been recently offering referal bonuses and it might be worthwhile after you have negotiated everything else to see if you can receive it for referring yourself (Currently $100)

(On Rent increase info below, rent went from 970 to 1055 to 1130 in first 18 months but I negotiated the last increase back down.)
