I recommend anyone looking here turn around and look somewhere else. For years it's been one hastle after another. The management is unpleasant and not helpful. We have have numerous problems ranging from bugs to broken appliances (fridge, oven and heater) When they replaced the refrigerator they didn't even measure the space properly and we can't open the oven all the way. Talk about poor planning. The only thing Spinnaker has going for it is the people who live here and they are all moving on because of the poor management. This place is really going down the tubes.
