I just sat and read these reviews and couldn't stand it, I HAD to write my own. The Spinnaker is one of the quietest, nicest places I've ever stayed. The people who live here are great, and the office staff has always made sure to take care of requests. I was especially angry to read the review that talked about drug deals, bad maintenance and air conditioners that never work, because if you read it carefully, you'll see they're talking about an apartment complex in INDIANAPOLIS, NOT Kirkland, Washington. The only negative thing I will say is I'm sad I'll have to leave because it's being converted to condos (nice ones, but out of my present price range.) I'll really miss this place.

I agree. It is sad that they are going condo. And they are not worth the prices they are asking. I would rather they put the money into fixing up the structural problems and pest control and leave the "upgrades" to the people who purchase them. They are worth about $75K to $100K less that the starting prices of $200,000. Oh Well.
