I have been a resident at Tera for about 2 years, my lease will be expiring at the end of February, and I have been apartment shopping in the area. I have come to the conclusion that Tera is the best place to live.
After looking around, I have decided to renew my lease at Tera because of the location, the friendly management staff, and the upkeep of the community. From the other apartment complexes that I have lived at, Tera goes above and beyond the "call of duty". The management throws fun parties for the residents, and it feels like their door is always open if I had any problems.
I was shocked to see what some of the other residents have said about their stay here. I have never had any problems with Tera, nor have I heard of any either.
I definitley recommend Tera as a place to live, if you want the best service.
