tera is in great location, but dont expect views

Tera is okay, in fantastic location 5 mins walk from downtown Kirkland, but most of the apartments are dark and overlook one another.

If you are in block A or B hope that you are not overlooking the central walkway which is a noise magnet, it is very noisy - and seems to magnify the street noise and people talking(but you get used to it).

However I felt completely safe and liked the decent sized 1 bedroomed apartment that we had, I would live there on a temporary basis, but not for a long time.
