If you like lots of noise, live in the Tera. I have never lived in a noisier apartment. The walls are super thin and there are parties all the time. The staff isn't very accomodating at all. They will tell you they have T1 lines there. They haven't in over a year. They give you parking, but still your place is way way overpriced. There are a ton of apartments in Kirkland that you can rent and get more for your money. Please take my advice. IT is not worth living there.
