Over the course of a year and a half I have seen a great improvment in the way the property looks, and feels. I have also seen the staff change completely, but for the better. The new staff is much more responsive and friendly. Since the changes have accured if I have even the smallest problem, someone is there to make it right. They all go above and beyond.

As for the noise, If you are going to live in a mid rise building in downtown Kirkland there is going to be noise. If you dont like it move to the country and enjoy your piece and quiet. personally I believe it gives the property a nice city feeling.
