I have done work at this apartment complex in the past. Everything being said is true, first of right from the start this place was built under budget, and in a rush, so the construction quality is poor, including the insulating of the walls. You can hear your neighbor...scr.., oh well never mind. Anyway the parking is not that safe, the grounds are always littered with cigarette butts, and there is constant vandalism. The construction phase was cursed from the beginning, with plumbing leaks, electrical issues, and who knows what else. There are better apartments around for the price, and there is nothing to do here not even a pool table.

Worked here? If you never lived here then why do you think you can judge how awful something is built. Maybe you should talk to some people who actually live there I hardly think that there are that many people who hate it. Most love it for its location and the fact that you can walk everywhere, they really dont care if you can play pool, or exercise on the property. No one really uses those places anyway, they just think they want them becuase they're not available.
