The manager is not to be trusted. She is dishonest and unfriendly. Also, has a chip on her shoulder. Again...dishonest.

I stayed in Tera for 2 months on business earlier this year and I never felt any dishonesty or unfriendliness from the management.
Topicstarter, you may certainly be dissatisfied with Tera but it is very rude and inappropriate to make such statements about other people - especially that you are posting anonymously and are not providing any evidence to support your allegations.

I agree with qsecofr, I think ------- just had a tough time, but she moved on to a better situation. Andrea tries hard but seems limited in what she can do. On the other hand, if you don't like one, they never last long. Invariably they find better jobs a move on. It's kinda sad really.

OMG-It looks like the manager is writing her own rebuttals. Also looks like she works for Corbella apartments now (another Metric Property), and it looks like the tenants there are having similar problems. Oh, interestingly enough, her rebuttals on the Corbella page-Anonymous. LOL.
