Tera Apartment

Yes, these apartments seem luxurious and wonderful as you're heading down Central. The FedEx/Kinkos right below give it that extra modern feel. But the hallways, the elevators, the apartments themselves are not worth the overpriced rent they charge. There are no ammenities whatsoever. Not even 1 parking stall/spot. It always smells like trash in the lobby of building A with leaky ceilings. No matter how many times they have the carpet cleaners in, the horrible smell never really goes away. The noise from the main road (Central) is unbearable at times. The toilets are always clogged. I suspect there are quite a few parents who aren't home most of the time, so their teenagers are constantly having parties (in the A building anyway) and even on the rooftop. I've been up there many times just to find a bunch of high school kids smoking pot and getting drunk up there. Its supposed to be locked at 10pm, but I've seen them up there at midnight from across the street, sitting on the edges of the rooftop. Overall, not a great place to live, too expensive and maintenance isn't very timely either.
