I found the new management to be very responsive to the needs of the tenants and the community as a whole. The police patrol to keep the complex safe. Maybe if the person who was charged for counters had been more careful and not used them as a cutting board, they would not have been charged. Stop whining and grow up. Take responsibility for your actions.
