A Father's Concern--Not Here.

I am the father of young daughter and I recently helped my daughter in not only finding a studio apartment, but moving her into it (the curse of a father). We checked out a number of apartment complexes in the Kirkland area (keep her close to home, but independent).
By far, Totem Lake Apartments offers not only what my daughter needs in a quality studio apartment, but what she can afford. The studio apartment is much more spacious than the other apartments we have seen in the surrounding Kirkland area.
The management and maintenance staff were very responsive to our move-in needs.
Quality, management, maintenance, and finally, price, got my okay. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
