The management at Totem Lake Apartments is terrible. They're very nice until you have signed a lease. Don't try to move out though! They were horrible to us when we decided to move out. One of the assistant managers was very confrontational and rude at all times. They also charged us exactly our deposit in cleaning, even though we had spent a whole day cleaning before moving out. That apartment was clean when we left! The only dirt I left in the apartment was from when they sprayed barkdust without warning tenants, and it went through our open windows.
