Great location if you work at Evergreen Hospital. Covered parking comes with the apartment for no extra charge. Maintenance people work hard keeping everything nice. Neighbors seem private... not many children and very little noise. You can't hear voices in a downstairs apartment but you can hear water running. Bigger patio than most that you can actually use. Always a place to park. For the price it actually has a feel of home instead of living in a cement parking lot.
Pool area is always nice. The only negative I can see is the appliances are older and the washer/dryer not full size. Closets are huge though.
I would rent again in a heartbeat. The manager alone was a deal breaker. They actually CARE at Totem Lake!

You must be referring to the Totem Lake Heights apartments. There is no covered parking at the Totem Lake Apartments.
