Bad reviews like the ones listed before are driven by dollars--the charges a tenant gets for damaging or destroying apartment property. I have a cat, and when the cat bends the blinds on the window by going in and out of them when they are closed, then I pay for that blind, not the apartment complex. The same goes for carpet, if you destroy it, you should pay for it. Its called responsibility and accountability.

I have lived in this community for over 3 years. I found it quiet and the staff highly respectful of not only me, but everyone I saw them come into contact with. Everyone, by the way, was warned about the construction. The DOT is required to do that.
