I've been here for 3-4 months, the construction is extremely loud at 8am, the heating doesn't work in my apartment, they never came to fix the lock on our sliding glass door like they said they would, we even had ants in our apartment. Also they didn't tell us big details about what we'd be paying for until the second we were signing the lease, they milk you for money.
Also the washing machines fill with water and don't complete the cycles sometimes, causing you to have to put your stuff in another machine and pay another $1.25 to wash them all over again just so they aren't soap filled and soaked.
