Reworked interiors with standard apartment appliances.
I'm on bottom corner unit. Noise is low.
Ample parking.
Great laundry facility (20 washers and 10 dryers available)
- Carpeting and counter tops are spotty pattern, hides dirt to much.
- Heating is electric and gets expensive.
- Water is shared cost between tenant of a building. I don't like that.

I don't like the water shared cost either. I work and go to classes most of my days so I am only home during nights, and I'm paying $80 dollars a month for water.
