I highly recommend this small apartment community.

Located on the top of a plateau, you get a great view of the Olympic mountain range (in the rare instance that the sky is clear.) The grounds are planted with a variety of flowering trees and bushes - so that something seems to be blooming all year long.

The apartments are very spacious for the price.

And, most importantly, the staff is tremendous. On the day you move in, you'll be introduced to the entire staff, which consists of one maintenance person and the office manager. They're both really friendly, and highly responsive to your needs. We've had a few maintenance requests since we've lived here, and the longest we've ever waited for a response was...6 hours. (I've lived in apartment complexes where six weeks would be considered a good response time.)

My wife and I have lived here for over two years and we can't believe we have to leave (relocating for work). We have never lived in a more welcoming, home-y apartment, and we have a hard time believing we will ever find somewhere else we could love so much.
