Totem Lake Heights Apartments

Feels like home... From: jesmcole Date posted: 3/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I enjoy living here. One thing that is irritating is the fact that they said the rent rarely goes up & hasnt in the past few years. However now it is time for our lease to renew & infact the rent is going up. We will give it another year, but if this happends again we will move. There are lots of big dogs and their owners do not pick up their dog's mess. It seems like the lawn & garden people are always there at least two days a week. Which makes for a beautiful well kept property, but the noise at 8AM is not very nice.
