I recently moved from the Village @ Juanita Beach to a new apartment (we needed more space). When I moved in three years ago I had narrowed my apartment choices to two - The Village @ Juanita Beach and another complex. I chose The Village because the assistant manager, Pat, was friendly, enthusiastic and down to earth. She made me feel at home. The maintenance manager, Curtis, quickly and cheerfully responds to repair requests. The work is always done right. The property is pretty quiet although you can hear kids during the summer weekends. Close to the beach and tennis courts. This is a nice place to live.
