The place is old building and not well mainteined at all.

You know wait some time the manager D. do not cope anything at all. only the time has passsed. Sorry about it if you experienced also.

You will soon find the things,they do not change the carpet at all.small insect like a lots here, I never seen such the insects before,,,,,,,terrible to find evry room.Why '' NO cleaning kept at all fo r long time.

The manager is spending the his big car at apartment electric fee also. You know, it will be shared by the resident.

And nothing to be feel like to a kind service. poor , poor , poor place.

Unfortunately this reviewer had a difficult time speaking English and that is why he had communications issues with the staff. This gentleman ruined two pocket doors - 1 each in 2 different units. The same thing applied to the shower soap dish in each of the units he lived in. Both were ripped off the walls allowing the drywall to get soaked and causing expensive-to-repair damage. He continually abused community rules with the number of cars on property, loud music blaring out of open windows and cars. Management had to continually talk with this person about respecting community rules. His unit had people frequently moving in and then out, only to be replaced by yet another person. I don't like to say it, but this complex is much better off with this person gone.

This must be the guy who we saw climbing on the roof to get his precious satellite dish when it clearly states in the rules that you are not allowed on the roof at anytime. When confronted the broken english complicated the whole scenario. It sounds like he is saying it's the managements job the clean and if you don't clean your unit, waiting for the management to come and do it then yes i suspect you will see "small insects--like lots".
