I've had a great experience here. This was my first apartment when I moved to the area and I've never had any reason to leave. The apartment is nice, spacious, and reasonably priced. The management's been great and I've had no problems with maintainence. The location is awesome too, across the street from Juanita Beach and only blocks from the new shops/restaurants in Juanita. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone
