these apartments are terrible. the noise here from construction, both on site and off, has been absurd for nearly two years now. maintenance usually takes several weeks to respond, most of the time resulting in little or no actual repair. the rent is ridiculously overpriced for how inconvenient and old everything is. yeah, it's a nice area to live, but if you want to have a nice place, this isn't it. management is completely rude and unresponsive.

Wow, the poster must be one of the ones the complex is insisting pay rent on time or leave. I have lived at the Village for 7 years, and I have always had my work orders handled promptly and the job is done right. My water heater started leaking one Saturday night and the Maintenance Supervisor immediately answered my page - in spite of the fact it was 10:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. By midnight I had a new water heater installed and this terrific maintenance guy went home to his family - pooped. Management bends over backward to be fair to all living in this community. The post of 8/22 sounds like sour grapes to me.

Is this person retarded or what? This is by far the best apt I have ever lived at and whoever wrote that review must be on drugs or something. If you have a problem it is usually taken care of before the phone is hung up. Its scarry knowing people like this are not locked up away from normal people. I feel sorry for their neighbors. The only mistake the management made is letting somebody like this move in here. They didnt deserve it. Just ask anybody living here now or in the past. It really makes me mad that a negative posting like this could be made against this place as it is a total lie. Im sensitive because they (the management } has done many favors for myself and family and have always treated us with courtesy and promt service. I guess thats all for now.

I would have to agree that the management is extremely responsive here at the Village at Juanita Beach. The manager's along with the maintenance person have always been great with making sure that this is a great place to live.
