Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2007
I've lived at Village at Juanita Beach for eleven years and find it a very well run apartment complex. The apartments may not be new but they are well maintained, spacious and I especially like the real laundry room in the unit. The managers and maintenance personnel are very caring professionals who have always responded promptly to any problems I've had. Any needed repairs have been made in a timely manner. The apartments are in a beautiful setting with many trees and Juanita Creek and the nearby beach make it a very pleasant place to live.
