We have lived in these apartments for four years now and the only reason we are leaving is because we bought a house. The management has ALWAYS been friendly and they are very responsive to any maintenance request we ever submitted. It is a quiet place, the neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept. We have never noticed any insects, the gym has always been in good working condition including the hot tub anytime we used it. The location is unbeatable- next door to the park and walking distance to the beach and stores-blockbuster, walgreens, banks and many restaurants. It is also walking distance to the Juanita Beach conservation area which we have enjoyed seeing the resident beaver and numerous birds. Juanita creek runs right behind the apartments and provides beautiful scenery. The units are roomy, our master bedroom is enormous!!! The laundry room is very large in our unit and though it was built in the eighties or so, the apartments are not what I would consider out of date--no shag carpets or dark cabinetry. There is a fireplace in the unit that saved us during power outages. The roomy storage areas are great too. There had been some construction going on near by but it wasn't such a disturbance and it wasn't unbearable-typical really. This has been a great home to us.
