Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Lived there for about a year. Dan the manager is friendly, courteous and helpful. Never had a problem with the couple of maintainence request, always fully and promptly completed. Complex is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, parks and beach. More than adequate parking.
