I would never recommend such a dump to my worst enemy!! I don't know what is worse the noise levels between the apartments, the rodent problem from the new construction that they never tell the tenents about but have no problem allowing themselves into the units without permission to "treat" the problem. They see nothing wrong with allowing the tenents to trash the building on the weekends with their party left-over trash, vomit, and beer spills, or the "tenents" mess from dogs everywhere in and around the building. Please feel free to ask anyone in this building most of us will leave when our lease is up!
