Looks Good But Not Recommended

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
Have been living here for 4 Months. It looks good and is in a good location but (1) Road noise is terrible (2) Barking dogs are annoying (3) Dog feces everywhere (4) Buildings are under construction so there are noisy and obnoxious workers everywhere who "party" in their vehicles and shout as early as 0630 am (5) Noise from boats that start their engines are annoying

If you are deaf or have a high tolerance for noise, then it's okay. Otherwise, look elsewhere
