I lived here for a year prior to the renovation. I was looking forward to the new apts when they finished, but had many, many problems with the management not doing a good job. I was hoping that many of the issues would improve with the new environment, but after reading the reviews, I see they still have many of the same issues. I would NOT recommend this apt. community, much as I would like to. It looks so nice....It is quite miserable living there, many, many issues and the staff is quite unable to deal with them.

Question? How would you know when you don't even live at the community? You said it yourself, your a disgruntled PREVIOUS resident who feels their needs were not met and who knows nothing about what is going on in the community at present. You are exactly what these websites are designed for, bitter individuals who place negative ratings and bash otherwise good businesses because Your a** was not kissed! Rating a community you do not even live in is ridiculous, specially based on other individuals half truths.

SallyAnn - you don't even live here anymore! And you have not lived here after the renovation. It is a whole new apartment community....sounds like you are upset because you can't live here anymore! Good luck!
