I moved into the new construction in June and love my apartment facing the wetlands. It is quiet, peaceful and such a nice place to live. It is more like living in a high end condo. The amenities are great & it's wonderful being on the lake. I would definitely recommend it. I read a few reviews below regarding the staff and I completely disagree with what was said. They are very friendly, attentive and professional.
