It is one thing to state an opinion and another to personally attack individuals.
Consider the source of the rating. Attacking an individual....making it personal is not a fair asessment of any business or organization. It only makes the individual who is rating less credible and certainly makes them look shallow, superficial and incapable of handling situations in a mature manner. Grow Up!
When you live amongst roughly 300 hundered other apartments you are to expect some of your neighbors (despite their income level)will not be as respectful to their neighbors or the community. You live in multifamily housing - APARTMENTS! You certainly can not believe that everything would be perfect when you live with that many people surrounding you.
This place is certainly not perfect, but it sure is a lot better than most places. I can guarantee it.
