I agree that recent postings are suspicious. I would not be suprised if it is not Villaggio that is trying to boost their own score. I think a lot of the problem here are there are upper crust spoiled people living here that don't feel they need to respect their neighbors by trying to be quiet at night or pick up their pets poop. Many people here dress their pets in outfits if that tells you anything.
If you are considering moving here ask to speak to some of the residents candidly and see if you still really want to live here.
Villaggio is like a painting, from afar it looks pretty from the outside but when you look closely it is a mess.
With some changes in management and staffing I think they could turn this place around.
