Villaggio has beautiful apartments, great amenities and great location. It's a big shame that it has such a poor management. There is no costumer service. Don't bother to contact the manager because you'll never get a phone call back.
I strongly believe that this place would turn around and blossom if there was a change in the management.

Thank you for the compliments in regards to the quality of Villaggios apartments, however we wonder why it did not reflect in the breakdown of your ratings. In addition, we are curious as to what you are referring to when you talk about not receiving a phone call back, since we strive to do so due to our strict management policies on returning phone calls. You are encouraged to send us an email to explain, or stop in the office, so that we can arrange to amend this and any future similar issues. We are open 7 days a week, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday through Sunday, 10am to 5pm. If it was a situation where our manager wasnt available to talk, one of the leasing consultants should have been readily available to talk. Please call ahead of time to set an appointment if you wish to speak directly with the manager. Villaggios manager was very busy this month planning a wonderful holiday party for the communitys residents. We hope you were able to attend! |

Well as I can see you like to joke around little child. I don't need to come to the office when there is a problem or an issue. I should be able to call it in and have you people take care of it. That's what costumer service is about. I realize people get very busy but using that as an excuse is bad. Mature successful people don't act like that. And by the way I don't need any more responses from you or anyone else. Let's move on.

Rather, than have a resident party which is a superflous affair. I would appreciate more if phone calls would be returned. I have resided at Villaggio for over 2 yrs, and seen the change in management staff, I have to agree with the previous poster that the new management does not return phone calls, and even less emails. Yet when I go into the office, they all seem to be surfing the web. Perhaps more attention should be placed on what it essential to residents, rather than on time wasting and self-serving resident parties (which most residents do not attend anyways) and fresh flower arrangements at the leasing office, while the planters by the apartments lie bare growing weeds.
