A friend suggested Villaggio and my girlfriend and I took her advice and met with Janie. She showed us around and offered many different choices of units. She and her staff were very busy, but made ample time for us. We completed our applications that day and were quickly approved. Janie and Lisa kept us updated throughout the application process and had us in to sign our lease within one week.

We picked up the keys this last Friday and had movers there on Saturday. Tory was able to reserve the elevator for us and the move went very smoothly. The apartment was perfect: our "Move In Inspection" was nearly blank and I was looking very closely!

A few points:
I do not think, in more than 10 years in the industry, that I have seen nicer product. The finishes and craftsmanship are outstanding.
Janie, Lisa and the rest of the staff are AMAZING. They all dress and act extremely professional. They are quick to resolve even the smallest of issues.
The property is clean and neat and so is the compactor area; even on a Sunday evening!
The move in gifts are sweet and start the resident off right: Ready to renew!
The amenity facilities are fantastic and spotless.

As you can imagine, after my Property Management experience, I am difficult to impress when it comes to a facility and its staff; but I am just that: IMPRESSED. I am proud to call myself a Resident of Villaggio and of HSC Communities.
