For those who are looking for a place to rent i hope my comment will be useful.

I moved to seattle last summer and It appeared that many properties were over valued (especially in the Belltown area, Queen Anne, like Metro on First etc... I had a budget not to exceed $2k/months, and for this budget I could not expect to live in a ------ place, that's why I choosed to move to the east side. However There are pros and cons about villaggio.

Pros:

-Villaggio is well located right on lake Washington (moorage is possible according to the management) and 5 min drive from downtown Bellevue and 5min drive from downtown Kirkland.
- the appartments (mine actualy is a 2BR) are modern and well equipped (kitchen and bathroom are well finished)and spacious (depends on the appartment type).
- the management offered me the choice to repaint 2 walls according to a sample that you can choose (bring a little custom touch)
- the aminities are numerous and well built (theater, swiming pool, inside Jaccuzy, Fitness center...
-there is a social life like the movie day, free Continental breakfast on some weekends
-the dry cleaning system (which i use a lot) where you dropp off your clothes at the lobby and pick it up when its done.
- Villaggio is a safe place

The cons:

- The noise from your neighbors when you open your windows is really loud(especially during weekends)
- there is no A/C
- the elevator is super slow (even if there are only 3 floors)
- the fitness center is really small (only a few machine available)
- the terasse of every appartment are very small (you can put 2 chairs max)
- very few parking place for guest (its always packed)

Conclusion:
I personnaly never had any trouble with the management most of the girls working there were nice to me, and each time i had a request or a problem it had been solved. I like living at the Villaggio, and if i compare to what i saw and available around seattle, i really think that i made a good choice living there. the average age of the resident is fairly young (mid 30's) and so far i have not had any trouble with any resident.

I hope this review will help some people to have a fair opinion on the Villaggio.
