I agree with the last evaluation. I also live here.

The positive points
On the Lake - most apts don't have view.
Moorage available
Grounds clean and pretty
Safe appearing
1 minute from 530
3 minutes from 405
10-20 minutes from I-5
Close to BellTown
Close to Waterfront portion of Kirkland
Close to shops and dining out
Bus service to seattle 1/2 mile walk or drive
pets allowed (also can be bad)

Poor points
-------parking is 2 per apartment and if you wanted guests, there are only approximately 10 spots available/apprx 4 disabled parking spots. There is no flexibility in parking for family visiting or guests. We are told to have guests park up in the park and ride 1/2 mile away if we have guests.
-------If you have family visiting, no temp keys are allowed, making it that the guest- family member cannot come in without you being there. (unless they are on the lease-unreasonable expectation)
------When rules are not upheld, there is no one on watch to make sure things are done right.
------Elevators are slow
------With the recent 90 degrees of heat, no air conditioning made a difference.
------ In my apartment'... The floor is not level, so my furniture doesn't sit flat.
-----Even with my windows closed and sliding door closed, I still hear the others outside... screaming kids.
-----Priced too high. It would be worth the cost if the items above were addressed and improved.

Unless they improve the above items, I would not stay after my lease is up, nor would I recommend it to others. Parking for my friend or family is my biggest grief.
