Management changed as of the beginning of this month. In the last week, they have managed to lose packages they have signed for on our behalf and lose our rent check and then have the audacity to charge us a fine (we complained 4 times and finally they realized it was their fault and "waived" the fee). Representatives in the management office don't really seem to know too much about what they are doing or have any concern for the basic elements of customer service (I don't appreciate their cash handling techniques or how seldom standard procedures/policies are followed) - the very reasons why we believed we were paying a premium. We've recently discovered our pipes have been slowing leaking, causing a buildup of black mold in our wall, baseboard, and carpeting in our closet. Maintenance finally arrived 5 hours late to take a look (claiming there was an electrical short at another location that caused the delay, but not bothering to tell me that while I waited and phoned repeatedly, missing a full day of work and doctors' appointments), and I do not trust them to handle the situation properly, especially since we've already had recurring medical problems over the last year that appear to be direct results.

I agree with earlier reviews that these apartments are noisy (you don't hear neighbors through the walls, but the courtyards echo TERRIBLY), have very poor air circulation due to apartment layouts (with no option of air conditioning), tenants are allowed to smoke on balconies despite being in close proximity to other balconies and apartment windows, and the apartments themselves are TINY and highly overpriced (I pay half of $1700/mo. rent for a very small bedroom that looks more like a closet and barely fits my bed and dresser).

If you are trying to pay a premium for quality construction, management, and service, it would be best to look elsewhere. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
