Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Everything is new and clean, great kitchen with new appliances etc..good quality washer and drier as well. Well kept hot tub, pool and grounds.
We had an apartment facing Lake Wash blvd and it is noisy, esp during rush hour, the ones closer to the lake are much better. Location is perfect-the intersection of 520 and 405 - can't beat that.
Wouldn't move out if the rent was lower.
