While the grounds appear immaculate, the property manager is a total write off. They lie about the facilities being available during the walk through, and then tell you to pay extra when you actually want to use them. The cabana restrooms and jacuzzi are infested with red ants, and have been for weeks. The sign on the front door of the office a few hours after the December power outage ended sums it up, "The power's been on since 2pm, where is our management'".

No need to wonder why there are bunches of bright balloons greeting you when you drive up. Vacancies are going to be plentiful.
