I have been a resident here for years and have been through the good and bad. Like everyone else i was skeptical about the new management staff coming in, but since then, I have seen much improvement not only in the office but around the buildings as well. Been a long time resident on the Eastside, and haven't found a place like this yet. Not willing to give up my HUGE apartment and a view like none other. Parking is a bit frusterating at times, but at least it's free! I agree with the previous review, if you can afford to live here, you won't be disappointed!
