I moved in February 2008 and had to move out due to relocation before the end of lease. I had to find a sublease and the management was very helpful in transferring the lease. I do read all these negative comments about the management. I dealt with the Manager and one agent in the office and I never had negative experience with them. Sure when you are moving in people are rosier and nicer to you, and that goes for any other places too. And sure there is a hefty penalty for breaking the lease, and that is what you have the choice to sign or not to sign. Once you do, you are in a legal agreement and have to honor it.
