My son and I were new to Seattle and this was the third place we considered. Upon walking in the door of the three bedroom with the exceptional view of Lake Washington, the view was captivating but what really motivated us to take up residence at the Villagio was the feeling of being home due to the attention to detail and appointments within the apartment. The crown moldings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, marble floors, mirrored closet doors and spaciousness of the rooms were a welcomed departure from the clinical feel of average apartments. The grounds are kept up exceedingly well which you can enjoy on your way to utilize a generous list of amentities, i.e., tennis court, pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, business center, movie theater, etc. There is opportunity to meet your neighbors and new friends at the events hosted by the complex which is a welcomed avenue to someone new to the state. The management is helpful and personable by addressing you by name and asking about things going on your life. Overall, so far, it has been a great living experience that I would recommend highly. The rent is high (and should not be increased) but in life, the old axiom is true, "You get what you pay for".
