The Best Maintenance Staff I've Ever Encountered

In my experience living here at the Villagio, I have lived in two different buildings. Anytime I have ever had a maintenance issue, it would be taken care of within 24 hours. When I moved into my new apartment the hot water was not working in the shower and the maintenance people dropped everything and exhausted every angle to ensure that I would have a hot shower in the morning. They stayed after hours going above and beyond just to get everything figured out. I have never experience a maintenance staff that has cared so much to keep their residents happy and comfortable in their home. Every time I have put in a request for the maintenance staff, before I get off work that day, the problem is fixed. I just feel completely at ease to know that if I ever need anything or if anything goes wrong, I can go to them. By far the best crew I have ever seen in an apartment complex. Grounds are immaculate.
The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom, left my apartment in good condition and minus the $200 cleaning deposit (agreed at sublease signing), I did not get charged one penny and received my full deposit within 2 weeks. I did consider moving out of the Villagio but the staff showed me several units to choose from and helped me get in a much larger 2 bedroom that fit my budget that I absolutely love. I love living here at the Villagio....can't wait for another amazing summer here. BEST STAFF EVER!!!
