I completely agree - when I call the office, no one is ever there to answer. If you leave a message, no one returns your call. You can call to follow-up several times still with no return call. Very frustrating. When you do finally are able to talk to the manager, she seems like you are more of a bother than someone who pays her income. Would not rent from them again!! Parking is a nightmare and cars are stolen all the time.
