Not sure what the other are saying but I found the staff very helpfull and usually smiling and greeting me by my first name everytime they saw me. My apartment when I moved in was cleaner than any other apartment I have lived in. Location was great. I lived on the West side of the building and found it to be very quite. The maintenance staff was very helpfull and usually fixed things fast and even replace light bulbs for me. I had a very nice experince and would move back again.
