I have lived in three apartments on the Eastside and Watermark is the best. It's classy, quiet, and in a great location. The manager Linda will bend over backwards to be sure that you are comfortable, and she is extremely flexible (unlike the large complexes with their iron rules, leases and unreasonable fees). Highly recommended!
