Linda, the apartment manager is everything I could ask for! The Watermark is exceptionally clean, quiet and peaceful. We even get chocolate treats left at our door every holiday from Linda! :) The location, without question is exceptional. I have not lived in a place that I have enjoyed more. You can walk downtown or take a walk along the lake within 10 minutes. It is great! I would highly recommend it to friends and family!
