Westwater Apartments

Westwater apartments are GREAT! From: carllb@mac.com Date posted: 3/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived here at the Westwater in transition for a year now and got lucky in finding the the building, and Emma. The gym is great, the location is second to none, and Emma is a real Gem! I've read a few negative reviews here and the one about the theft from the mailroom is pretty absurd! Emma is not responsible for what the USPS may leave in the mail room, in fact I would think that USPS is responsible... The front door is unlocked from 9-5 Mon thru Fri and is right next to the mailroom so potentially anyone can come into the building. Usually there's someone in the front office though. The hanging off the balcony thing is something I have never experienced at the Westwater either. Having said that, one must remember that apartment living is different from living in a single family dwelling / house. The more people in concentrated in one place, the more noise will happen, that's just the deal when you live in an apartment. The Westwater is a hi-end luxury facility and has ample secure parking, easy access to and from the various parts of the building.
