I just recently relocated to this area from Southern California due to a temporary two year job assignment, and was lucky to find the Westwater Apartment building. Upon arrival, my wife, cats, and I were staying at a hotel and needed to find housing quickly. We looked at several communities, and after a day of finding no interesting properties, we came across the Westwater late in the evening. The next day, we went back to the Westwater to meet Emma (The Manager), and she was really great. She showed us several floorplans and we settled on a great 2 Bedroom, 2 bath layout that is even bigger than our condo back home! Emma was so accommodating and from looking at the apartment to taking possession was only several hours, thus we were able to coordinate the furniture arrival and everything else quickly and move out of the hotel.
As for the complex itself, it is really nice...very very clean, apartments are spotless, and everything is so well maintained. The neighborhood is great too. I can't wait until our friends and my parents come up from Socal to visit us and see the place. I know we will really like it here. We are from Downtown Long Beach, so Kirkland city noise is still quieter than where we live.
